Whether a shipment or in store pick up, allow a minimum of 1 to 5 business days for us to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped or we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Shipping Bicycles
We now offer shipping options for bicycle purchases, catering to different locations. To determine shipping costs and finalise your bicycle sale, please reach out to us via email at info@actoncycles.com or call us at 516 637 8709. Our dedicated team will provide you with a personalised estimate based on your location.
In-store pickups
We will contact you by email when your order is ready to be picked up. In the meantime, please prepare the following documents for pickup:
- A valid form of ID
- The credit card used for the online order
- A copy of the invoice
Please note that the cardholder must pick up the order. You cannot send someone else to pick it up.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online at a regular price, you can exchange it or get a refund in store or by mail (at your expense) within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is in new condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Any product sold with a 20% discount or more on its original price is considered a final sale. Any other item on sale can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of purchase. The same conditions as regular price sales apply.
To make a return you must have a return number, contact us at (450)-678-5880 or by email to get one.
For returns, you can either go to the store with your proof of purchase or return the item(s) by mail, at your expense, to our Acton Cycles store in Acton located at 340 Great Rd, Suite 3A, Acton MA 01720.
Please note that the following items are not exchangeable or refundable: bicycles, shorts, bibs, tires, tubes, bottles, lubes & cleaners, gift cards and items on special order.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is inspected. If the item you have returned to us is not in new condition, this item will be returned to you and you will have to assume the shipping costs. If we have informed you that we have refunded you, don't worry, credit card refunds can take up to ten bank days to appear in your account. If you have paid by PayPal, your funds will be refunded to your PayPal account.
