Comprehensive Crash Damage Assessment

Following an initial inspection, we will carry out a detailed crash damage assessment of your bicycle. This includes:

• A complete safety check of the frame, fork, and all key structural components.
• A thorough evaluation of drivetrain, wheels, cockpit, and braking systems.
• Inspection for hidden damage that may compromise the bike’s safety or performance.
• Identification of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chips, etc.) that may affect the overall replacement value or resale potential of the bike.

Insurance Reports & Quotations

Once the assessment is complete, we will provide a written report along with a detailed quotation for repairs or replacement on a like-for-like basis. This document is suitable for submission to insurance companies and can help speed up the claims process. We're happy to liaise directly with insurers when necessary.

Booking Your Assessment

To ensure a timely and efficient service, all crash assessments are by appointment only. This allows us to dedicate time and attention to each bike and avoid unnecessary delays. While we aim to complete assessments promptly, availability can vary—so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
