Bike Assembly, Boxing, and Shipping Services

• Upon receiving your bike, we’ll assemble and test ride it to ensure it’s safe and ready to go.
• Need a tune-up before your event? We’re happy to help! Just let us know what you need when you call to arrange shipment.
• If your bike arrives missing any parts (sadly, it happens) or if we discover any damage during shipment, we’ll contact you to authorise any necessary repairs.

Have We Pack Your Bike to Ship

• Ensure you drop off your bike well in advance to allow enough time for packing and shipping to your destination.
• We recommend allowing 3 days for processing in the shop, plus additional time for shipping.
• If you're using a service like BikeFlights that provides a box, fantastic! Just bring it along with your bike. If you need a box, we offer them for $50 (wrapping materials)included.
• Once your bike is packaged, you can either pick it up yourself or have your preferred shipping company retrieve it from the shop.
• Prefer us to handle the shipping? We’re happy to arrange that for you for a small handling fee.

Expected Cost (including box, wrapping materials): $175 + shipping

Please note: We are unable to coordinate international shipping, but we’re happy to box your bike and have it picked up from the shop.

Coming Into Town for a Charity Ride?

Ship your bike to Acton Cycles! Since we’ll be unpacking and repackaging your bike for the ride, the cost will be approximately $175 plus shipping and handling.
