Your Security
For orders over $500, we take extra steps to make sure your purchase is secure. This might include a quick phone or email verification, and occasionally we may ask for a copy of your driver’s license or credit card used for the purchase.
If we can’t verify the order within seven business days, we may have to cancel it. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. Easy and secure!
Returns
- • Shipped returns: Provide a tracking number; insurance may be required depending on item value. COD returns not accepted.
- • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns, with original tags and packaging.
- • Shipping is covered if item was damaged or sent incorrectly.
- • Items showing signs of use may incur a restocking fee. Labor charges, like custom wheel builds, are non-refundable.
- • Special orders: Bikes or gear ordered just for you have a 40% restocking fee.
- • Returns over $100 require a return authorization number clearly marked on the package, or the return may be refused.
- • Sale items and all bikes are final sale.
In-Store Pickup
- • Orders received by 11:00 am Monday–Friday are usually ready after 4:00 pm the same day.
- • Orders placed after 11:00 am or on weekends may be ready the next business day.
- • Pickup expected within 10 days unless special arrangements made; otherwise, order may be canceled.
- • Special orders not picked up in time may incur a restocking fee.
- • Stock levels online and in-store may differ slightly – call, text, or email to confirm before buying.

We’ll bring your new ride right to your door! Need a helmet for that first ride? Or a birthday bike for your kiddo? We’ve got you.

- • 5–25 miles – $25

Shipping Options
- • Standard: $9.99 (Free on orders over $100) – 5–8 business days
- • Premium: $45 – 3–5 business days
- • Express: $55 – 2–3 business days
Bike Shipping
- • Bikes under $5,000 – Flat rate $150
- • Bikes over $5,000 – FREE
- • All bike shipments include professional boxing, labeling, and insurance.
- • Some brands cannot be shipped due to dealer agreements. Large or heavy items may have extra shipping costs.
- • Choose “Bike Shipping” at checkout.
Backorders
- • We’ll contact you with an estimated restock date and available alternatives.
- • No fees if you choose to cancel.
- • For multi-item orders, only in-stock items charged immediately.
- • Multiple shipments may be needed, but total shipping won’t exceed original order cost.
