Hakan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He not only recommended a bike seat that has met my needs perfectly, but it wasn’t even a product he sold and he gave me a link to order it online directly.

He also packed my daughter’s bike for shipment to Canada very carefully and thoroughly, something which would have taken me hours to do poorly.

Hakan was very helpful in handling the packing and shipping of my MTB. It was a private sale and the seller dropped of the bike and Hakan took care of everything and even saved me some money on the shipping. After completely messing up my brand new MTB alignment and loosening up my shifter cable while trying to fix something I had no idea how to fix (being new to the MTB scene) subsequently I had to bring the bike to a professional to undo my mess up. Hakan allowed me to drop off my bike the same day, and in less than 24 hours, he had the bike shifting smoothly and shifter cable back to proper tension. What stood out most is that out of his humbling nature he took his time to share his knowledge on how the most complicated parts of the bicycle work in conjunction and what I can do in the future to properly maintain a bicycle. I highly recommend Hakan's shop for all of your cycling needs and repairs. Your toys will be in good hands with Acton Cycles Bike and Ski.

Recently had my mountain bike serviced here and had a phenomenal experience!

My Shimano drivetrain was a mess – causing frustratingly rough and unreliable shifting. After a good while trying to wrestle with it myself, I gave up and brought it in. The owner was incredibly friendly and immediately knew what to do. They expertly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and my bike now shifts like a dream. What I really appreciated was they took the time to walk me through all the components and adjustments involved, explaining everything clearly. That kind of friendliness and willingness to educate is top notch.

I'll absolutely be back for all future service and tune-ups. Highly recommend this shop for their skill and customer care!
